Water Temperature: 95.0°C / 203.0°F

Brew Time: 00:12:45

Preparation: Grind the coffee and put it into French Press. Place on scale and zero it out.
0:00 Quickly add 250.0g of water.
0:10 Wait 5 minutes.
5:10 Use a tablespoon to mix coffee with water.
5:20 Insert the plunger, but don't press it down yet.
5:25 Wait 3 minutes.
8:25 Press the plunger down slowly.
8:45 Wait 2 minutes.
10:45 Pour the coffee into the carafe and wait for another 2 minutes before serving.
