Preparation: Rinse filter above the sink to avoid heating the server. Pour in coffee grounds. Place 200g of ice in the server. Place on the scale and zero it out.
0:00 Pre-wet with 97.5g of water.
0:10 Stir the bloom a little.
0:20 Let the coffee bloom.
0:45 Slowly pour till 500.0g.
2:30 Stir once clockwise and anticlockwise.
2:40 Swrl the server to melt the ice. Pour over fresh ice cubes in the glass.
