This is a recipe I used a lot with Wilfa Dripper. I'm not really sure of its author, but it's similar to many immersion recipes.
Coffee amount (g): 18.0
Water amount (ml): 300.0
Water Temperature: 95.0°C / 203.0°F
Grind size: Medium-coarse
Brew Time: 00:03:30
Preparation: Rinse filter and brewer with hot water. Grind your coffee. Pour in grounds, zero out the scales. Close the flow restrictor.
0:00 Pour in 300.0g. of water
0:15 Swirl the brewer a little.
0:20 Let the coffee steep.
2:30 Gently break the coffee crust with a spoon.
2:40 Wait a little more.
3:00 Fully open the flow control, wait for the complete drawdown.
