Preparation: Rinse filter and brewer with hot water. Grind your coffee. Pour in grounds, zero out the scales. Close the flow restrictor.

0:10 Let the coffee bloom.
0:30 Open the flow control to the halfway point.
0:35 Add water up to 180.0g.
1:05 Continue to add water until you reach 300.0g.
1:35 Wait for the complete drawdown and close the the flow control.
