This is a basic batch brew recipe I use with Moccamaster. Should work with other machines too.

Coffee amount (g): 30.0
Water amount (ml): 500.0
Water Temperature: 92.0°C / 197.6°F
Grind size: Coarse
Brew Time: 00:04:10

Preparation: Grind the coffee, insert the filter into the basket and rinse it with hot water. Put the coffee into the filter, fill the water reservoir.
0:00 Turn the batch brewer on and wait for the initial pour to happen.
0:45 Turn the batch brewer off.
0:55 Let the coffee bloom, stir a little.
1:25 Turn the batch brewer back on and wait for the process to finish.
