Preparation: Grind the coffee, heat water, fold the paper filter and insert it into Chemex, rinse the Filter and Carafe, add coffee grounds.
0:00 Pre-wet with 64.0g of water. Pour slowly in a spiral pattern, starting from the center and working your way outwards.
0:15 Let the coffee bloom.
1:00 Pour in concentric circles until your water level reaches the top of the Chemex.
1:20 Wait for the coffee grounds to return back down to about their original level
1:50 Repeat the same process for additional full immersion pours until you reach 480.0g of water. Wait for the complete drawdown.
