Hario SwitchThe Hario Switch is a hybrid V60 with a ball-valve at the base: brew as a normal percolation pour-over or close the switch for immersion, then release to start drawdown. It’s flexible, beginner-friendly, and works with standard V60 filters.

Hario introduced the Switch as part of its V60 family; the design won a 2019 Good Design Award and helped popularize “steep-and-release” brewing in specialty coffee.
