We source directly from producers and trusted importers who share our obsession with process. Every lot that enters our lab stays fully traceable to the farm and the exact method that shaped it. We believe that altitude, varietal genetics, and terroir are nature's signature. Our entire roasting philosophy is built around preserving the extreme specificity of each bean, region, and farmer. Our job is to sharpen that natural signature through the roast, never to burn, alter, or hide it. Data gives us control, but instinct makes the call. Every temperature curve and every second of development serves only to unleash the raw potential locked inside the bean.
