Preparation: Put the filter in V60, rinse with hot water. Grind your coffee and put it into the brewer, create a divot in the middle. Place on the scales and zero them out.

0:10 Spin the V60 somewhat aggressively.
0:30 Pour up to 100.0g. of water.
0:40 Spin the V60 gently.
1:00 Pour up to 220.0g. of water, fast flowrate, behind the center.
1:10 Spin the V60 very lightly.
1:30 Pour up to 340.0g. of water, fast flowrate, behind the center.
1:40 Give the V60 another light spin.
1:50 Wait for the complete drawdown.
